Main responsabilities- Video equipment list entry into R2 inventory management software- Planning best possible equipment to meet client demands- Coordinate with production and design companies to meet their needs equipment wise- Plan best way to transport data and networking on-site for future projects- Ensure equipment availability in regard to client’s demand- In charge of equipment sub-rental cost and planning when not available in inventory- In charge of sub-rental and in house asset tracking during transport, to and from different venues- In charge of coordinating broken assets and have them replaced on different projects (local and intl)- In charge of coordinating between the video department and all other departments required to complete each project.- Must provide support for local and international video technician in regard to planning and operation support for ongoing projects.- All other tasks relevant to the video department daily operations.

Main responsabilities- Coordinating labor such as stagehands and junior Video technicians during load-ins, loadouts and show operations.- Planning FOH patch and routing.- Planning load-in and load-out times in regard to labor and transport.- Some Touring experience- Technical knowledge includes but not limited to: LED Walls, Projection, Camera OP, Networking...
