Overseeing integration efforts across merged divisions, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives. Facilitating the enhancement and extending our API services to benefit both organizations. Implemented KIBO commerce as OMS system for Conn's inventory visibility. Implemented server less architecture using AWS tech stack with APIs based in lambda functions. Enhanced e-commerce inventory visibility with real time ATP (available to promise) API and geo location based pricing. Improvised SLA under 100 ms with DAX cluster and AWS Dynamo DB.

As a shared services leader, I spearheaded the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) program, driving a vision for data-driven decision-making to enhance business operations. I led the strategic selection of Snowflake as the EDW platform, HVR for change data capture (CDC), and Informatica for ETL processes.
