On this position I was leading various projects of financial volume from 2 mil. CZK to 45 mil. CZK. Clients were mostly foreign private investors. However creating strategy and execution of each project was entirely on our office.Major projects I was running: - full managment of 2 smaller real estate development projects in all its phases (find, negotiate and purchase of apartment building, obtaining commercial loan in bank to finance this investments, reconstruction/uplift of the property, renting of property and resale of all its units with profit). Projects budgets were 25 mil. CZK and 70 mil. CZK- purchase of investment package of 18 new apartments in new residential project in Prague 4, after their construction we rented or sold those apartments based on investos´ strategies
