Running ICT department for Czech and Slovak Republic region.Fully coordination of projects, service delivery, administration of CRM, provide communication with internal and external entities.Budgeting and control of financial statements accuracy /reporting. Processing requirements of other departments and following improvement of internal processes. Cooperation with the parent company in technical areas. Responsibility for occupational health and safety, process employee input/output. Facility/fleet management.

2nd level support team member for GE Money Bank, Auto, Multiservis. Responsible for Windows Update Services of 2500 stations. Managing the logistics for the exchange of hardware at all locations. Cooperation in international projects (ITIL). Coordination of assigned projects within the team.

Users support (internal, external). Assistance with the implementation of new projects (Exchange, IS, EDI, CRM). Creating SQL output from IS. Preparation of reports.
