After one year I have been promoted to the leading role. I took care of a team of 7 people, was in daily communication with our business partners, Labour Office and insurance companies. I did active acquisition of new clients, maintained relationships with our current ones and I dealt with the issues in case of need.

As the Office Assistant my daily job was to be in F2F/phone contact with the candidates, usual daily demand was ca 200 people. I presented them opportunities for short term assignments, dealt with administrative tasks (e.g. contracts, amendments, etc.) and paid out their salaries. Also I have been in daily contact with representatives of our business partners (clients) and provided them with regular reports.
