• Reporting to CEO and Head Office COO• Takeover from Orange which involved restructuring of the commercial department from a resource, platform and processes perspective• Re-branding from Orange to Africell applying the Brand Extraction Protocol Agreement to remove all Orange branding from all Systems and marketing materials in Uganda• Managing 500+ employees and the commercial budget in driving process improvements throughout the operation, as well as improving operating performance and reducing costs• Directing and monitoring airtime and mobile money dealers, SIM sales agents, Franchise and retailers (More than 10,000 retailers all over Uganda)• In charge of the business sales (B2B) team that provides 3G, 4G, Dedicated Internet , WiMax, Voice, CUG, Data, APN and all other business communication needs for companies, NGOs and government institutions(Biggest B2B ISP in Uganda)• Re-branding the Orange Money service then launching the new Africell Money platform with a new vendor. Creating new Offers and services on the platform plus pushing it through new channels• Handling all Africell communications and marketing strategies in Uganda (TV, OOH, Radio, Social Media, Digital, Direct…)• Managing 100+ seat call center and more than 30 direct service centers (flagship shops)• Negotiating and sourcing new products for our shops (Routers, MiFis, Modems, Smartphones…)• Roaming and interconnection with all local and international careers and partners. Negotiating IOTs, pricing and tariffs• Creating, applying and launching all tariffs, bundles and VAS (Hybrid, Postpaid, Prepaid, Roaming, Data, Business Internet…)• Gathering information from all competitors to regularly update the plans and strategies• Reconciling all figures between all technical and commercial nodes with the revenue assurance team• Negotiating all commercial, marketing, devices, internet contracts and many admin, operations and technical ones

Assistant project manager on Submarine cables & international backbone network projects. Acted as the interface between the technical and the investments/Commercial teams.
