As the M&E, Research Learning, data Manager I play a key role within the country leadership to develop (in partnership with program staff), coordinate, maintain and continuously improve the M&E system at the country level, as well as build the capacity of M&E staff in each office or program. My general duties and responsibilities are to oversee all.

Port-au-Prince, Haiti

• Support the existing resilience strategy in projects in terms of designing related log-frame and theory of change.
• Oversee all existing MEL aspects of existing projects.
• Collect, aggregate data and maintain a good recording system on the performance of farmers in cooperatives/Associations
• Develop the overall framework and calendar (M&E guidelines and procedures), for project M&E activities.
• Coordinate the preparation of all project reports.
• Guide staff and executing partners in preparing their progress reports in accordance with approved reporting formats and ensure their timely submission.

Usaid Reforestation Project In Haiti

• Contribute to the development and the maintenance of the project databases using (GIS, mobile data collection);
• Contribute to the development of data collection tools and data entry masks
• Update the monitoring, evaluation and sharing system of lessons learned from the project
• Monitor program progress and results to improve performance

• The key tasks are to contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the M&E system to ensure proper operation and use by key stakeholders and partners.
• Supervise and coordinate the collection of accurate monitoring reports from the 166 health facilities (monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annually) on all required HIV, MCH and community-based indicators as well as the.
• Gather feedback from site visits to each health facility to assess technical assistance needs, flow of data and provide appropriate capacity building trainings.
• Build the data culture at the health facilities including 46 HIV PEPFAR sites to improve data demand and data use, increase health facilities demand for quality information, methods, and tools, and facilitate.
• Support information technology infrastructure and make effective use of data management tools.
• Develop and implement a project M&E system according to JHPIEGO and MOH standards and practices.

• Follow the project implementation, and ensure that progress is measured and reported in relevant M&E instruments;
• Actively assists in the drafting and editing of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and thematic reports;
• Prepare project briefing materials, success stories and scene setters;
• Select and draft monthly success stories;
• Design the standard reporting forms, data tables, graphs, and charts that structure the M&E section of the Work Plan and reports
• Assist and train project staff in Port-Au-Prince and in the target jurisdictions on data collection, performance monitoring, and reporting;
