These notice boards have special aluminium slots on the surrounds that are very prime for Corporates to advertise their products and/or services on. Duties & Responsibilities:•Ensure that existing clients’ accounts are updated and that their contracts are renewed in time.•Training, assisting in recruiting new sales rep and help monitoring the new sales representatives to ensure timely follow up of new and existing clients.•Ensure that the sales team delivers their weekly reports of their sales activities.•Attend for meetings with the prospective and clients already on board.•Ensure that our notice boards in the various towns are up to date with the recent clients and that the adverts are changed and/or rotated to other notice boards as per clients’ request.•Take updated photos of the current clients’ adverts on our notice boards and send to them and other prospective clients.•Ensure that the directors abroad receive weekly sales report, monthly notice boards updates and updated debtor’s log sheet.•Ensure that the clients already on board, pay their rental fees on time.•Ensure that the clients are satisfied with the locations of their adverts on our various notice boards in the shopping malls.
