Biziboard Advertising is involved with installing and maintaining the new state of the art notice boards in the major shopping malls in the various towns in Kenya. These notice boards have special aluminium slots on the surrounds that are very prime for Corporates to advertise their products and/or services on. Duties & Responsibilities:•Ensure that existing clients’ accounts are updated and that their contracts are renewed in time.•Training, assisting in recruiting new sales rep and help monitoring the new sales representatives to ensure timely follow up of new and existing clients.•Ensure that the sales team delivers their weekly reports of their sales activities.•Attend for meetings with the prospective and clients already on board.•Ensure that our notice boards in the various towns are up to date with the recent clients and that the adverts are changed and/or rotated to other notice boards as per clients’ request.•Take updated photos of the current clients’ adverts on our notice boards and send to them and other prospective clients.•Ensure that the directors abroad receive weekly sales report, monthly notice boards updates and updated debtor’s log sheet.•Ensure that the clients already on board, pay their rental fees on time.•Ensure that the clients are satisfied with the locations of their adverts on our various notice boards in the shopping malls.

Skytel Limited is involved with the street lighting project in Arusha, Moshi and Tanga where it partnered with the municipal councils in a private-public partnership. In the process they get clients to advertise in the light boxes attached to the light poles.Duties & Responsibilities•Book for appointments and attend for meetings with the prospective clients.•Convince prospective clients to come on board and advertise with Skytel Ltd.•Educate companies on the importance of advertising their existing and new products.•Maintaining the accounts of clients already on board.•Attending trade fairs and exhibitions on behalf of the company.
