Hi! I'm Mildred. I moved to New South Wales, Australia, in the year 2022. I completed my Master of Business Administration - focusing on Accountancy at Southern Cross University Australia last June 2024. I also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, majoring in Electronics in the Philippines in 2011. I work as a Finance Office Assistant at La Source Advisory, handling accounts processes and tax lodgements for individuals, sole traders and companies. I also handle payables and assist the company's manager with the daily company processes. I have been working as a Technical Support Representative for seven years. I am experienced in troubleshooting technical issues with different Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office software. I provide customer service on the phone and address billing questions and issues. Previously, I worked as an office clerk, performing office clerical duties. I communicate with the production employees to answer questions, explain information, take orders and address complaints. I also have experience working as a Line Leader in a company where I communicate with the owner of the company and people in the production to meet the production and company goals.With all my job experiences, I practice my communication skills, multitasking and providing the best-personalised service to my customers. I enjoy communicating with different people around the world.
