(1) Prepare legal documents for five (5) - 3rd party centers and carry through to the end. (2) Prepare UCC1’s and Estoppels for required tenants. (3) Prepare and/or check proposals that go out to prospective tenants. (4) Prepare all materials for monthly associated and community centers meetings. (5) Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end reports for 3rd party centers and communicate via e-mail or telephone throughout the year. (6) Up-date monthly – LSR’s for thirteen (13) centers, work with Alan Lebovitz on the office building LSR’s. (7) Research leases, REA’s, Operating Agreements and any document that may have restrictions or clauses needed in leasing space. (8) Handle paperwork in getting broker/construction allowance checks. (9) Work with Kathi Corvin (when needed) with our 3rd party tenants. (10) Work with billing and collections with 3rd party tenants and with associated centers tenant’s that have problems or questions. (11) Handle distribution for some of the malls out of CBL Denver and various other malls, plus the Community Center leases.
