The greatest accomplishment in my career has been serving as a role model for others, especially those in "insignificant" positions. Seeing them evolve as I mentored, pushed, and supported them to use every ounce of potential they have to accomplish career and personal goals, proves to me that I have developed into a true leader. I learned this by treating people like they are valuable, involving them in creating solutions to problems, and providing them with the essentials to successfully perform their jobs.I am dedicated to quality assurance and continuous improvement through the use of new and innovative approaches for sustainability. As a Freelance consultant, I have the opportunity to share my knowledge, skills, and kindness to those within the public health sector, while keeping our food safety system safe. While the majority of my career has been in training and development, investigating and auditing, I am currently working towards obtaining certifications in fraud examinations and investigations within the healthcare field.
