Current•Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with representatives of community, social, and other public organizations or interest groups.•Representing the agency in meetings, forums or committees in order to inform, disseminate program literature and applications to service providers and to community organizations at large•Performing oral and/or visual presentations concerning program services to groups, organizations, schools, service providers, churches, and/or… Show more •Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with representatives of community, social, and other public organizations or interest groups.•Representing the agency in meetings, forums or committees in order to inform, disseminate program literature and applications to service providers and to community organizations at large•Performing oral and/or visual presentations concerning program services to groups, organizations, schools, service providers, churches, and/or individuals•Scheduling and performing home visits for home-bound applicants who are elderly and/or disabled and unable to come to our office•Maintaining contact with fuel vendors and utility companies to assist eligible clients with emergency fuel deliveries or to prevent heating services from being disconnected due to shut off notices.•Performing a variety of clerical duties such as record searching, verifying documents, filing, updates, and logging all applications received, and maintaining a tally of incoming applications received through intakes for reporting purposes•Executing all application intakes and reviewing necessary documentation to ensure clients’ eligibility for, Weatherization, Home Energy Assistance, and all other PROB services.•Maintaining and organizing all programs client files.•Creating outreach materials such as flyers, brochures, etc.•Managing and maintaining social media sites: Facebook, Twitter,and Buffer App.•Implementing annual outreach plan Show less
