Support the management of cross-functional teams in the planning and implementation of multiple projects across the Corporate Actuarial Departments supporting Individual Life businesses collaboratively such as Life Finance, Reinsurance Negotiations, and Life Management Information Systems departments. Lead multiple, concurrent, cross-functional projects of small to medium scale with limited guidance from the Lead PM including drafting agendas, minutes, issues tracking, project schedules, and after action reviews.
