I ran continuous spot-checks (or "mini-audits") on a fixed quota of monthly production for quality assurance/control purposes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This had the added benefit of mitigating corporate fines and penalties. I reported the results of these spot-checks or audits on a regular basis, and resolved any discrepancies found. I developed the tools necessary (checklists and "cheat sheets") to perform these audits.I was the point person for the implementation of new and revised AIPSO/ISO/ACORD forms and other policy forms and notices.
