As part of a hub creation, I relocated from Grey Dubai to Grey Beirut in October 2008 to focus on project management. My role was to build and manage the regional hub of digital developers and designers supporting the MENA network on all digital projects. Currently handling of the hub on all client requests, internal project management, team management, cost issuing and quality assurance.

Joined Grey Dubai as a senior web developer to become the head of the development team and technical lead after 18 months. In addition to team and project management, built and developed several websites and solutions using ASP.NET and SQL server for Nokia, Visa, MBC, Canon, GSK, BAT, etc.

Developing large web-based logistics applications including events management, tracking, shipment milestone email notifications, detailed reports & analytics, etc. using ASP.NET, JavaScript & SQL Server.Worked on analysis and design (data modeling) of applications using UML.

Developed Document Managements Services, Meetings Management Services, Workflow Applications and Invoicing systems for clients such as Qatar Foundation, King Fahed National Library, Qatar Ministry of Education, Credit Card Services Lebanon, etc. All were built using modular services such as Enterprise, Document management, Business and Content Management processes.
