-Working to reach a yearly predefined target (collection, released suspended interests & provisions)-Ensure the recovery of non-performing loans of the bank by monitoring and following up on the resolution of recovery files while preserving interests and maintaining the best image of the bank.-Evaluate, analyze and take adequate actions to the litigious commercial loan files.-Manage and control a portfolio worth millions of dollars, of litigious commercial loans.-Maintain an action plan timetable and monitor the progress of the recovery procedure.

- Negotiating mutual profitable business plans with clients.- Identifying, acquiring, developing and maintaining customer relationships.- Delivering excellent customer service.- Processing a high volume of daily phone calls and email from customers.- Measuring customer satisfaction levels.- Answering product related questions from customers.- Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.- Creating cross-selling opportunities & Prospecting new customers.- Taking on complex customer issues and giving the best solutions.- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.

-Coordinate with Front office Recovery team and present necessary administrative support to resolve all recovery litigious commercial loans’ issues while reducing the bank’s loss.-Execute needed research on customer commercial legal situation; properties, cars, global debt through CDR and any relevant information that supports the assessment of the case.-Follow up with the front office on the execution of committee decision, including preparation of reconciliation contract, requesting any additional contract from the legal department if needed, calculating repayment plan through a simulation and requesting additional guarantees
