Primary responsible for managing the day to day support for the Production and Office infrastructure including LAN/WAN VPN, Firewalls, Content Security, Intrusion Detection, Secure Virtual Networks, Virus scanners, Backup and Disaster Recovery and Email systems, acting as a focal point on technical issues, capacity planning, resource management of the existing servers required to support the Production and Office environments. Research, planning and implementation of new network security and infrastructure related technologies. Maintenance of the software and hardware configurations for routers switches servers and desktops including inventory lists.
