Primary responsible for managing the day to day support for the Production and Office infrastructure including LAN/WAN VPN, Firewalls, Content Security, Intrusion Detection, Secure Virtual Networks, Virus scanners, Backup and Disaster Recovery and Email systems, acting as a focal point on technical issues, capacity planning, resource management of the existing servers required to support the Production and Office environments.
