When working as an associate at Grynhoff Woźny Maliński, I was a part of teams performing due diligence audits, preparation of transaction documentation as well as supported the Clients within the scope of corporate matters and obligations resulting from the status of a public company.

I provided legal support to the clients of the office, mainly in the field of financial instruments (e.g. securities) but also in other fields, such as procedure before governmental authorites and administrative courts, protection of goodwill, etc.I also gained experience in co-operation with a PR agency providing legal support for crisis management.

At this position I participated in a process of issuing of administrative decisions and other official documents related to telecom regulatory issues. In particular I was analysing and giving opinions as to legal correctness of such documents.

At this position my main fields of activity were companies (registration and compliance with provisions of Polish law in their activities) as well as preparation of documents for court proceedings (suits, responses for the court, etc.).
