I’m a project manager, and always have been at heart. While I’ve worked as a demand and supply planner, and operations and account manager, I’ve always been much better at managing big-picture projects and teams. Every job I worked has certain transferable skills which made me successful project manager. Today, I’m searching for the new challenges.I believe assertive communication can solve every problem. I like to talk, but I also like to listen, and I believe that if there is a great communication in the team, everything is possible to accomplish. I try to incorporate it into both my personal and professional life. I’m constantly learning new skills, and this also includes skills outside my career as a project manager. I am learning new tricks in PM tools, new leadership tactics, and better remote communication methods, but I’m also learning a bit how to code in my spare time, and am also learning new languages.
