Throughout my education, I have always had a keen interest in working with people. After conducting some thorough research, I discovered the specific type of work that interested me the most. For four years, I gained valuable experience working with children who were at risk in the community. During this period, I was professionally trained by experienced psychologists and social workers to prepare me to work with children and youth in social-risk situations. Although I have many fond memories from that time, I eventually narrowed my focus to working in human rights and communication. While working at the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I gained knowledge and skills in project planning and execution. I was passionate about a variety of different topics during that time, including human rights, peaceful conflict resolution, youth engagement, peace-building, transitional justice, inter-faith collaboration, and effective communication. Additionally, I helped individuals and businesses improve their public image by speaking in public. After years of investing in my self-improvement through various academies, seminars, and educational programs, I have gained ample knowledge and experience to establish myself as a professional in these areas. I am always eager to learn from other experts and continue improving my skills because I firmly believe that the field of social sciences is highly changeable and dynamic. That's why I am committed to pursuing further education to stay updated with the latest developments in this field.Throughout my previous work experience, I had the opportunity to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, national, and religious backgrounds. I consider it essential to be open-minded and free of prejudices towards those who are different from me.
