General Manager and Accounting

I am the owner and baker for Save Room for Dessert (previously Bisous Baking), a small baking company located just outside of Boulder, Colorado. We specialize in Wedding Cakes, French Macarons, Cupcakes, Cookies and Cakes for all occasions!

I managed all 6 locations including a team of a dozen managers and staff of over 200. I created and implemented annual product plans, manager tools, training manuals and systems, recipe books, oversaw employee performance reviews and product quality control. I established organizational systems for HR, ice cream rotation, allergens, payroll, ordering and transfers.

Responsible for the brand image inside and outside of the stores, all three locations. I ordered retail, managed a staff of 28, created and implemented social media and marketing plans.

Responsible for product, margin, sales, a staff of twelve, schedules, inventory and quality control. Managing the two departments included creating new menus, drinks, training and a focus on customer service.
