I have been in charge of social media placement and content strategy for company's customers and I also managed different aspects of corporate communications, both internal and external for the company and for the company's customers too.

As external consultant I have been in charge, of social media and content strategy, text edit and social campaigns aimed to spread information about the different services of INPS-Istituto Nazionale Previdenza Sociale.

I am in charge of online and offline communications, I create content for the company’s social accounts (FB and Instagram) and for the website blog. I am also responsible for external relations, event planning and networking.

My role in Novapp was concerned with the company’s identity, image and branding. For the company’s customers which included pharmaceutical, engineering and editorial companies, I proposed and developed offline and online communications plans and strategies.

I was the CEO of the start-up and I managed the team and its resources. The company is involved in software development and the main activities I dealt with were team building, customer care (offer, development, follow up), financial planning and cash flow and budgeting.

During my work experience at Innova, I managed different aspects of corporate communications, both internal and external. On behalf of Innova, I was responsible for developing projects and activities for the company’s customers too.

I ran a market survey for Digital MR, selecting the participants for the survey, managing the community through an online platform and moderating their feedback. I also drafted the final report and presented the result to topo management.

At Brandnew MC, I focused on benchmark analysis and I was mainly involved in monitoring brand placement on the web. I started dealing with social media management which become later one of my primary fields of expertise. In addition, I worked on communication plans and event concept and organization for medical companies.

I focused on cultural events organization and concept. In addition, I edited and translated (from Arabic to Italian and viceversa) official documents and certificates needed for the embassy activities.
