Created by the Hillary Rodham Clinton Center for Citizenship, Leadership, and Democracy, a unique program designed to prepare the next generation of civic leaders and change-making citizens.

I created this blog to explore my love of cooking, with a focus on the intersection of food and culture.

As an editor-in-chief of Palo Alto High School’s award-winning arts and culture magazine, I led a 30-student staff to produce five issues a year. During my time as editor, C Magazine received numerous national awards including the CSPA (Columbia Scholastic Press Association) Gold Crown and was a finalist for the NSPA Pacemaker. My article “IX” also received the CSPA Gold Circle Award for first place in a general feature.

I co-founded a six-person team dedicated to spreading Palo Alto’s history. We recorded an oral history series of town leaders and created a historical walking tour.

I organized a student-run journalism summer camp for local 8th and 9th graders. I hired and trained counselors, managed our finances, improved the curriculum, and ran advertising campaigns. I corresponded with journalism advisors regularly about camp progress, and I was the point person for camper-parent communications.
