I am passionate about challenges, people, leadership, management, getting to know new cultures, travelling, innovation, technologies that make my personal and professional life easier, healthy food and physical activity.When I was 16th, I had the opportunity to study for one year at J.L. Crowe Secondary High School (Trail-BC, Canada) and live with 3 different families through Rotary International. In my first week there, I met another exchange student from Japan. I was very shy with my old dictionary trying my best to communicate and she had a very nice kind of device that I never seen before which today, would be a simple cellphone. The translation of our conversations through this device flowed smoothly and way faster than using by old dictionary. It delighted me a lot!The challenge of face this cultural exchange definitely changed the course of my career. During this period, I got my English fluency and a basic knowledge of Spanish and French. I did return home with the desire to study International Relations and years later my eyes sparkled for Foreign Trade. A career that fulfils me over 11 years. ♡Graduated in International Relations and post-graduated in Business Administration, I currently manage the import and export processes of Brazil and China team at Ecoforce Limited (China) and at Ecoforce Soluções Práticas (Brazil).In 2017, I worked for 1 month and a half at the Ecoforce factory and office in Zhongshan, Guangdong (China). This rich experience allowed me to learn and get to see closer how the productions really work, to strengthen trust with my team, to improve and create several internal procedures and especially improvements on communication between both teams (China x Brazil).I’m working on a system project that we are creating the products full database, customers register and control of all purchase orders through the CRM. It took almost 2 years of work until we eliminate some Excel spreadsheets. Big improvement! The project is in the final phase. We are still developing the financial and quality control platforms.I continue working ward daily to develop new skills and create opportunities for new challenges. Looking back just to review and learn from what happened. Not to repeat what was done, but to do even better.
