More than 9 years of experience in accounting, internal controls, external and internal auditing and controllership.Currently, as Controllership Manager I’m in charge of several departments such as accounting, tax, purchasing, reporting and controllership, straight line report to the CFO. Working focused on value creation through team structure, improving internal processes and controls, performing analysis of revenue expansion, margin and EBITDA maintenance, reporting results to the board monthly. Also, as a Manager I had the opportunity to implement budget control, IPO procedures, integration and incorporation of acquired companies.In previous experiences as an Accounting Manager I was responsible for managing and consolidating the entire accounting process in 8 different countries (Brazil, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, China, United Kingdom and Portugal). Beyond that I was in charge of the preparation of annual financial statements and quarterly reports, implementing internal policies, managing audits, consulting and accounting processes for acquisitions. I actively worked in IPO process and SOX implementation (processes and controls).Previously, I have also had the opportunity to coordinate internal control projects reviewing, testing and improving the matrix risk, evaluating the effectiveness and design of controls (SOX or not) raising action plans for internal controls. I also coordinated internal and external audit projects reviewing financial statements, auditing and mapping internal processes, reporting adjustments or points of improvement recommendations.As an accounting consultant, I performed scenario analyzes (as is/to be), diagnostics, IFRS implementation, mapping internal processes and internal policies implementation, functional currency reviews, preparation of memorandums with technical background and accounting drawings.
