Milenko designs and consults clients during construction phase of projects. Design phases start from concept to detail design and construction document with bidding reviews. Construction phases pf the project ensure exact implementation of construction details and materials to match overall quality instructed by the project budget.

Assumed responsibility for the delivery of the capstone studio curriculum to a group of 12 to 15 students. Tasks: developing course pedagogy, leading group critiques, giving individual coaching to students, grading projects, maintaining student records, and course files.Responsible for the preparation and delivery of model-making class curriculum to a group of 30 students. Tasks: organizing group and individual training to students with an introduction to laser-cutting and 3D printing, coordinating reviews, and maintaining course records.Developed an elective course for drawing and graphic communication to students who wish to acquire advanced experience in drawing, 3D modeling, rendering, and graphic design.Additional tasks:Leading design and model-making projects for the Ministry of Heritage and Culture of Oman.
