As a Spa Receptionist I am taking care of:- Greeting all our guests;- Answering phone calls;- Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products;- Booking all appointments;- Checking the guests into computer system and charging for services performed;- Taking care of guests satisfaction with Spa services and products.
