I was born in Greenville, South Carolina and Graduated from Clemson University. Upon Graduation I founded Adair Construction Company, Inc. in 1971. I spent the next thirty years as a licensed general contractor in various types of construction. I was involved in Historic Restoration Projects, Custom Home Designs and Construction, Churches, Restaurants, Shopping Centers and Residential Developments. In 2001 I ceased active construction to pursue Real Estate Development. With my background in Construction, Real Estate was a perfect fit. I worked with High Quality Developers in many areas, including land acquisition, land planning, building and home design projects, right of way issues, permitting, bridges, road construction, clubhouses, wellness centers,golf courses, real estate and construction mediation/arbitration.I enjoying working with the dreams of my customers both in construction and real estate. I listen to the needs and wants of people because I understand there is a difference. I am very proud of the fact that I have been a business owner for 42 years without any bankruptcies, lawsuits, liens, or judgements. Service seems to be a thing of the past in most of today's business. This is not the case with me. Service, honesty and frank discussions are essential to form a partnership with my clients. That, coupled with my experience provide for successful relationships when dealing with all aspects of Real Estate.I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors, and a member of the Hendersonville Board of Realtors. I participate in the Western North Carolina Multiple Listing Service.
