I began working at Allied Universal in February of 2018. There I was able to evolve my skills in customer service, deescalate crisis situations, investigate situations in a timely and professional manner, Provide support and liaise with emergency personnel,and subcontractors. In 2021, I joined Sound Environmental and earned multiple certifications. My experience now includes Areas in environmental safety, and necessary knowledge on NYC DEP procedures and regulations.
