  Head office marketing for a leading developer and operator of high-quality retirement living in prime London locations, backed by Goldman Sachs. “Hotel style” in concept, each residence includes spa facilities, cinema, restaurants and coffee/wine/cocktail bars. Executing “stand out” multi-channel consumer campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales for this completely new, premium luxury concept. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team to conceptualise, create, and deliver the brand “look and feel,” building awareness and delivering new leads.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS : • Defined and delivered comms strategy (e.g. newsletters, direct mail, and invites) to aid aggressive sales targets and achieve 30% visits from new leads, resulting in the doubling of leads and hitting of visits target. • Identified, built, and managed external partners such as Royal Albert Hall, Saatchi Gallery & English National Opera, to execute a calendar of marketing activities which drove awareness and sales. Partners successfully onboarded and marketing implemented, increasing attendance at events by 60% and resulting in x6 reservations.• Oversaw specialist brand and PR agencies including briefs, budgetary control, and effective management of demanding workflow. Resulting in timely delivery of “best in class” assets, groundbreaking PR and the winning of x3 industry awards.• Collaborated with internal divisions including Sales and Ops as their “marketing business partner”, ensuring proactive planning that was ahead of the game. Delivered key marketing tools (brochures, welcome packs, home user guides, restaurant, and spa collateral), all within tight timelines, as well as immersive and incentive-based sales initiatives to drive footfall.
