I assist Samsung in engaging with potential clients for their Funding and Business Support Service. In short, the service provides a "one stop shop” for fashion brands. The brand owner designs, sources, and sells their products in the normal way whilst Samsung pays the manufacturer, imports and warehouses product and on receipt of the sales order from the brand owner despatches the goods to wholesale customers and collects payment. This results in the brand owners being able to use their time more effectively concentrating on design, sourcing, marketing and selling in the confidence that all the back-office functions are being handled professionally by one of the world’s largest companies. In addition to this and as part of the service Samsung provides a comprehensive Order Management System including inventory management, sales analysis and profitability reports.The total package is based on competitive and fair fee structure and Samsung takes pride in being able to act quickly and in a flexible manner to suit each partner’s particular needs. Furthermore, as Samsung’s security is the stock and debtors there is no requirement for the brand owner to provide personal guarantees.
