Anadarko Basin, LLC ("Anadarko") participates in drilling projects, purchases working interests, acquires leasehold and purchases minerals in areas where oil and gas development is active or anticipated. Anadarko also joins with investor groups to access larger projects and provides transactional support and due diligence services.

Of Counsel to various clients providing contract oil and gas and mineral litigation services in District Courts and Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Owner of oil and gas company knowledgeable in oil and gas investments and contracts. Skilled in preparing drilling and division order title opinions to major oil companies for activities in Oklahoma along with contract land services including field land work, HBP land reports and due diligence.

Provided supervision and management for all legal aspects of corporate activities. Hired, managed and worked in concert with outside counsel to efficiently provide legal solutions to the corporation. Provided oil and gas land and title work to the land department as needed. Interacted with the various departments within the corporation to ensure all legal needs are met.

Responsibilities included land management for Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota, coordinating with lease brokers in acquisition of leasehold, regulatory hearings before the respective oil and gas boards and commissions, coordination with outside legal counsel for hearings and lawsuits and daily interface with division order, legal and exploration personnel within the company.

Represented the public utility division in such cases as the Southwestern Telephone deregulation, Oklahoma Natural Gas unbundling, OG&E, ONG, Arkla, PSO and others in rate proceedings of various types. Lead counsel in the ONG high gas costs case for the winter of 2000-2001.

Represented the Oil and Gas Division regarding severance taxes. Also represented the Motor Vehicle and Income Tax Divisions.
