Launched PMX Marketing to assist food and beverage businesses across North America with theirmarketing and administrative needs. We offer personalized, collaborative services to manufacturers,brokers, and retailers, including proficient handling of contract processes, development of in-depthmarket analyses and sales support.

Assisted in setting up and breaking down various events and banquets throughout the hotel. With this position, I got experience in many different facets of hotel operations such as food and beverage management, event management, and sales.

Provided excellent service to diners at a popular BYOB restaurant and filled in any role that was needed. This included the opening, and closing of the restaurant most weekends as well as assisting with training of new hires.
