We collaborate with individual and company investors who want to offer exceptional living spaces for their tenants, but don’t want the hassle.We provide a turnkey solution for our property owners that covers the whole process of transforming an investment property into an appealing and lettable house in multiple occupancy (HMO). This includes the reassurance of full compliance against the latest regulations. Expert design is combined with competent management which means that occupancy is never an issue.Having owned and run my own high-end properties in multiple occupancy for over 30 years means I have a deep understanding of the potential issues that landlords face.
