Hi, I'm Miles! I come from quite a diverse background of life and experiences as well as professionally. I've worked all the general jobs a young person might work until I found a Tech school and started that journey just after my senior year in high school. Learned some business techniques and general computer duties from there that ultimately landed me in the insurance industry. Worked that field a couple years then traveled all over Europe in 1998 for a couple months and came back to start up higher education. I attended Shoreline Community College to obtain a transfer degree then transferred from there after getting my AA and began classes at the University of Washington.Once I completed my education at UW I got right into Real Estate, I knew that's what I wanted to do. I've done a lot in that field, from helping buyers and sellers negotiate and strategize their investments to making investments of my own, flipping houses, managing contractors and subs, designing projects, even getting dirty and doing manual labor in some cases.While doing that I was introduced to the medical marijuana industry and I've grown to learn the trade of cultivation within the legal 502 market. Quite a bit of managing time and meeting deadlines, working with a team, and quality control.I've maintained my real estate license the entire time and continue to put in ample time in that industry to this day. I'm now working for clients on purchasing and sales of homes, managing my own investments, and consulting in both industries to stay busy day to day.
