My primary role at this franchise store is to sell new Vodafone contracts and mobile phones which can consist of: liaising with store customers on what they need from a mobile phone/contract and recommending the best phones/packages to meet those needs completing the online forms and customer credit check for the new purchase trouble shooting, where possible, any Vodafone issues that customers present at the store with in terms of contracts quite often, trying to troubleshoot issues people present to store with while using their mobiles (usually relating to software/apps and not Vodafone issues) where possible, up-selling other Vodafone services/products dealing with deliveries and stock takes when requested store keyholder
