I chose to study media because of the impact it has on business, policy, society, and history. Media is one of the greatest tools we have today, and I hope to utilize it in a way to make a difference and to help others. With combined appreciation for fashion and sustainability, I am an advocate for working toward a greener future in the fashion industry. I have promoted this idea through my own entrepreneurial endeavors, by reselling pre-loved vintage and luxury clothing and accessories. Through my business I have worked as a stylist, showing my clients the styles you can achieve using sustainably sourced garments. I have a background in digital marketing, having consulted with a local restaurant in Philadelphia “Campos Deli” to expand its reach with SEO, helping to widen its social media presence, utilizing strategic campaigns, and creative designs to increase sales. I have also had the opportunity to help my Dad’s local honey business “Gowanus Apiary”, creating digital marketing campaigns, social media schedules, running Google Ads, and SEO, to increase brand awareness.
