Spent nine months traveling around the different areas of the company, learning the business from the ground up. I did everything from the basics of pulling and stocking parts, working on downed machines, helping tear down and rebuild engines, shadowing managers, administrative assistants, marketing and financial people in order to learn the company from the inside out. At the end of my learning I presented my observations of the company to the CEO and Vice Presidents.
