Defined and implemented a digital transformation strategy aimed at increasing revenue and profit margins. The transformation consisted of a full audit of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement before designing, developing a launching a custom solution that automated processes, optimised customer experience and empowered the internal team to manage everything digitally and efficiently.The solution I developed managed the end-to-end process of delivering all services through a simple yet powerful custom platform. Including customer, product and order management, capacity planning, financial forecasting, optimised pricing and integration with existing applications.The solution resulted in over 6,000 hours of saved labour time, conversion rate increase of 32%, profit margin increase of 20% and enabled Banana Moon to reduce paper usage by 80%.

Sat on the agency board, helping integrate digital objectives and strategy with wider business goals. While at Fantastic I nurtured a team of designers and developers, helping them implement personal plans that delivered continuous improvement for the betterment of the business, focussing on productivity, efficiency and steps they could take to improve their position within the business. Over my time at Fantastic I launched 100's of digital projects for clients such as Huddersfield Town, Steph Houghton and James Milner.
