- Conducted reverse engineering analyses using a wide variety measurement and analysis tools to create, maintain, and update Solidworks drawings for gas and steam turbine mechanical components, contributing to a period of 47% increase in revenue- Performed on-site reverse engineering analyses at power plants and other manufacturing facilities to accelerate production timelines and decrease station downtime- Devised a comprehensive Excel program for engineering and manufacturing departments that facilitated quick reference for component dimensions, resulting in a significant decrease in drawing release lead times and process efficiency

- Spearheaded the design, development, and validation for repair and requalification processes for GE locomotive diesel engine components, producing $100m+ in savings over the life of the Material Service Agreements- Led team of 3 engineers and 3 mechanics to create, document and validate process specifications for retrofitting GEVO Tier 3 engines for liquid natural gas dual fuel applications for the GE NextFuel LNG Dual Fuel Engine Retrofit program. Creating the first fleet of LNG dual fuel locomotives in North America, reducing emission and fuel costs by 50% while not compromising performance- Owned the engineering processes and support of 50% of all components and lines on the shop floor, triaged and resolved all issues that arose to reduce downtime

- Interned Summers 2013 and 2014- Designed and sized structural outriggers for mounting large metal panels to exterior of the $1b+ Brickell City Centre shopping center project in Miami, FL- Engineered complex parts for theme park installations, including Universal Studios Los Angeles and Orlando, and Disney Shanghai- Implemented installation details for lighting design of $450m King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture museum in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
