SC&T is a global developer, designer and constructor of power plant projects of all types.Served as Project Director for the Fujairah F3 Independent Power Project in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. Samsung C&T had full turnkey responsibility for design, constuction and commissioning of this 2400 MW gas-fired combined cycle facility which, when completed, will be the largest independent gas-fired power plant in the UAE. Previously served as Project Director for the Umm Al Houl Independent Water and Power Project near Doha, Qatar. Samsung C&T led a consortium with full EPC responsibility for this 2520 MW & 135 MIGD facility on a fast track schedule. Following the on-time completion of this project, SC&T was awarded an additional contract for expansion of the plant's RO water production by 65 MIGD.Prior to that, served as Project Director for the Qurayyah Independent Power Project in Saudi Arabia. Samsung C&T had full EPC responsibility for this fast track project. At almost 4000 MW, this was the largest independent combined cycle power project in the world, and was selected as one of Power Magazine's Top Plants of 2015.
