At YouView we had a feature led approach to accessibility that took full advantage of the capabilities of the platform. Some of those features Miles and I worked on ensured that YouView was the first TV platform in the world that could be fully accessible with a single switch and also had the first TV platform screen magnifier. These and other features were treated by Miles as core and felt like part of the main UX so users felt considered but never patronised. The look, feel and well thought through function of the Grid2 solution was one of the crowning achievement Miles played a key role in delivering. Beyond all of that, Miles is a really great person to work with. He inspires creativity through cooperative working, keeps conversations focused on solutions and is also a thoroughly decent and pleasant person to be around. I would gladly work with him again."
