Worked directly under the Managing Directors to assist in planning, implementing, and overseeing construction of commercial and residential development projects, as well as raw land development (including assistance with budgeting, sales, and customer handover). Acted as head Owner Liaison, cultivating relationships with buyers and serving as the main contact point for all issues/requests for past and future builds. Helped oversee the growth, management, hiring, and monthly sales reporting of two of our commercial properties (The Waypoint Big Sky, Ousel & Spur Pizza Company).
