Ran a number of high performing teams and sector practices for the consulting arm of Monster.com (TMP Worldwide). I was also asked to help with the product and brand marketing of Monster.co.uk coming into the UK from a consultants' perspective. I am very proud to say I played a small part in helped to shape the early days of web recruitment advertising. During my time in this role I was also one of the highest billing consultants in the business and was regularly awarded high flyers status and rewards.I was tasked with running the senior recruitment campaigns across the division, establishing and developing long term effective relationships. Running a team that managed the resourcing of c.1200 key remits a year within Marketing, Finance, HR, Risk, Regulated Sales, Operations, P&A, etc. I set the strategy and operational step-change to deliver a stronger service and more successful resourcing model to our stakeholders as well as maximising output and candidate attraction strategies with our RPO outsourced provider. As part of the process I managed to make significant cost savings as well as driving down the time to hire and increase retention rates.
