Multi-faceted journalist specializing in sports broadcasting. Known for his storytelling, impeccable preparation and uncompromising professionalism. As a lifelong sports enthusiast, he takes on every assignment with the same elevated level of passion, curiosity and extraordinary attention to detail. As one of WFUV 90.7 FM’s lead broadcasters, he was the play-by-play voice of Fordham University Men’s Basketball in ‘23-’24, and held the same position for the Women’s program in ‘22-’23. He called Fordham Baseball on MSG Network, in addition to Softball and Women’s Volleyball on ESPN+. He has covered the Brooklyn Nets and the New York Liberty for 90.7 FM in the tri-state area since 2021. Miles has done play-by-play for a variety of sports for several tri-state Universities. For LIU, he has called Women’s Volleyball, Men’s Volleyball, Softball, & Men’s Water Polo. For Stevens, he has worked Baseball, Softball, Men’s and Women’s Volleyball, Lacrosse and Field Hockey. For SUNY Maritime he has called Football. And for Rutgers, his baseball, softball & Women’s Volleyball color commentary is carried by the Big 10+ network. As a reporter, Miles published dozens of stories on Fordham Men’s Tennis and Fordham Women’s Volleyball for the Fordham Ram newspaper, where he was a staff member for two years.Regarding his technical skills, Miles is very much at home with many aspects of video and audio production. He has years of experience using Audacity and similar audio editing apps, including Pro Tools.
