In 2018, bored with the dull nature of the HVAC industry and looking to create something more fun and interesting, I came up with the concept of Viveur - 'Artisans of Ambience'.Initially strategically placed as a business to serve all of the human senses under one roof, it became obvious that the fragrance element by itself was worth developing. Using my many years of experience in HVAC to create a unique perspective on fragrance delivery, I worked with my Dad's design and manufacturing skills to create the Volante, a fragrance diffusion system tailored to the UHNWI marketplace. This product remains today in its latest guise, as an essential tool in the Scentegration process which makes Viveur unique.

In January 2020, I left the family business and became Technical Director at Xavio Design of Mayfair, the Super-Prime Lighting and Design Consultancy.This period of time in the private client world was very valuable exposure to the desires and working methods of the UHNWI services marketplace, and I gained an extensive understanding of how to bring and demonstrate value in this field.

In 2010 Stream Group expanded into the Defence marketplace, applying its skills in thermodynamics of all types to the exigencies of the military world. The exposure to this area of business deepened my understanding of manufacturing to a high standard, including the ISO9001 process to ensure quality management.

I joined the marine division of Stream Group straight from school, starting as a projects assistant and working up towards Director level in the family business.I learnt a lot in this role about the marine marketplace, and in-house manufacturing skills and capability.I also spent many years working with and developing an understanding of HVAC systems, airflow and ventilation pathways, ductwork design, grille performance, and other related skills.
