* Developed a new channel sales model to expand product distribution into Sprint and T-Mobile retail stores, incorporating rev-share & performance incentives for Telco store employees.* Exceeded Telco sales quota in 2015 by +90%.* Oversaw $1.5MM annual marketing budget. Maintained P&L statements for all accounts. Optimized marketing spend based on ROI targets from Finance. * Developed go-to-market strategy for selling Square products through amazon.com, which quickly became one of Square’s largest distribution channels.

* Managed Starbucks/Square co-branded campaign in Starbucks stores, including development of an in-store display & distribution of Square Readers in 7,000 Starbucks stores.* Project managed the launch of new retail displays across all of Square’s across top US retailers. Collaborated with several different people from Square’s comms, creative, warehouse, and finance teams.

* Implemented EDI order management software in order to expand Square’s distribution into Best Buy retail stores. Worked with various internal stakeholders and software vendors over a 3 month implementation timeline. * Developed a new process for forecasting retail sales & planning future demand. Worked closely with Square’s factory & fulfillment teams to eliminate inventory shortages and improve supply-chain operations.

Helped launch & grow a campus representative program, scaling to 150 universities in 6 months. Concentrated efforts on recruiting & managing campus rep performance over time.

Feet-on-the-street outside sales & community outreach. Core focus was engaging local businesses to better understand CC processing pain points & sign up new Square merchants. This role taught me the importance of understanding your customer, inside and out.
