Accomplishments• Planned and assisted customers with migrations from previous versions of Exchange Server to Exchange Server 2010: o Minnesota State University, Moorhead – Migrated 19,750 mailboxes from Zimbra to Exchange. o Osseo Area School District – Migrated 5,000 staff to a highly available Exchange infrastructure with hardware load balancers for the Exchange CAS array. o City of Duluth – Migrated 740 users from GroupWise 7/8 to Exchange 2010 using Quest Software’s GroupWise Migrator for Exchange. o City of Sioux Falls, SD – Directed the onsite IT staff during a clustered Exchange 2003 to 2010 migration. • Replaced Malt-O-Meal’s imaging solution with WDS which greatly reduced the number of images they need to manage. • Performed Active Directory migration between the City of Duluth’s AD forest and the Duluth Public Library’s AD forest.• Migrated Works Computing’s intranet from a single SharePoint 2007 server to a multi-server SharePoint 2010 farm.

The client saved over $40,000 per year by eliminating the need to hire additional support staff because of efficient documentation, prioritization and call-handling. • Fulfilled the roles of System Administrator to Help Desk Technician at Inscape Publishing. o Roles included contributing to the migration of the network, servers and desktop operating systems (Win95 to Win2K), software testing and documentation, and assisting with the company web site while maintaining the day-to-day operations of the network. (9/99-5/00), Schwans, Inc.
