Total cohort range from 60 to 90 scholars.- Oversees strategic planning and assessment for the Henderson Scholars Program, including the development of curricular programming model and creating programming learning goals/outcomes rooted in contemporary best practices and true to the program’s vision.- Lead multi-year education plans for (First-year, sophomore, juniors, and seniors) providing leadership development, service/ volunteerism, and community that values diversity, inclusion, and social change while providing access and fostering belonging. Developed, presented, and facilitate workshops, meetings, programs, and events- Refined the scholar selection process to have a shared vision with the HSP Board of Visitors (BOV) and the Office of Admissions and Recruitment (OAR) to assist in the recruitment of prospective students and provide understanding around the holistic profile of who are Henderson Scholars.- Created HSP Living Learning Community in Residence (LLC) Life for First-Year scholars, and created and taught the HSP Foundation course for scholars in the LLC. Created pipeline program with OU Honors College.- Manages and oversees HSP budget of $150,000 annually, Oversee the operations and development of the HSP endowed scholarship fund. - Advises the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Assistant Dean of Students of campus climate issues/concerns and will communicate progress, trends, and pertinent data via reports and presentations to appropriate university leadership- Provide crisis management skills to both Henderson Scholars and throughout the division of Student Affairs as needed.
