- Supervise 1 FTE professional staff member and 12 volunteer/student leadership positions working to support a 4-year cohort scholarship program. Total cohort range from 60 to 90 scholars.- Oversees strategic planning and assessment for the Henderson Scholars Program, including the development of curricular programming model and creating programming learning goals/outcomes rooted in contemporary best practices and true to the program’s vision.- Lead multi-year education plans for (First-year, sophomore, juniors, and seniors) providing leadership development, service/ volunteerism, and community that values diversity, inclusion, and social change while providing access and fostering belonging. Developed, presented, and facilitate workshops, meetings, programs, and events- Refined the scholar selection process to have a shared vision with the HSP Board of Visitors (BOV) and the Office of Admissions and Recruitment (OAR) to assist in the recruitment of prospective students and provide understanding around the holistic profile of who are Henderson Scholars.- Created HSP Living Learning Community in Residence (LLC) Life for First-Year scholars, and created and taught the HSP Foundation course for scholars in the LLC. Created pipeline program with OU Honors College.- Manages and oversees HSP budget of $150,000 annually, Oversee the operations and development of the HSP endowed scholarship fund. - Advises the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Assistant Dean of Students of campus climate issues/concerns and will communicate progress, trends, and pertinent data via reports and presentations to appropriate university leadership- Provide crisis management skills to both Henderson Scholars and throughout the division of Student Affairs as needed. Served on the Campus Emergency Response Team (CERT).

- Responsible for classroom management and Canvas updates with attendance, grades, and - assignments.- Course Instructor for a two-credit first year seminar, Gateway to College Learning. - Facilitate discussions and activities to assist with successful transitions to College.- Develop relationships with students to challenge and support them through their college experience. - Conduct various assessment techniques to measure student learning and engagement- Mentor Peer Teach Assistants through leadership opportunities, co-facilitation, and regular meetings.

- Supervise 2 Resident Directors (RD), 20 Resident Advisor (RA), 4 Weekend Desk Assistants (WDAs) and 1 Office Assistant (OA) working to support a building of 1020 residents. Conduct bi-weekly RA and RD one on one development meetings. - Manage and oversee the Programming  budget ($10,000) for Adams Center.- Plan and implement approximately 15 programs and events to cultivate an inclusive environment.- Supervise in the development and day-of coordination for Residence Life programing reaching 3,000+ students annually.- Serve on a duty rotation responding to students ( 4,000) needs, hospital transports and crisis situations. - Engage students in the process of dialogue, interaction, and perspective-taking which included actively engaging students in programming, training and dialogue specific to diversity and social justice. - Oversee the operations and maintenance of Resident Tower in conjunction with the Office of Housing, to ensure a quality living space for residents. Liaison for the Faculty-In-Residence program, involving faculty members in the residence hall community.- Develop and executed Resident Advisor training sessions consistent with the Residential Curriculum.- Work in conjunction with the Office of Student Affairs to develop a division-wide Graduate Assistant Development series.

- Act as a positive, and approachable Student advocate for chapter membership; coordinate various university resources, including but not limited to Academic Support Services to develop programs that meet the scholastic needs of fraternities and sororities.- Provide advising and administrative services to the entire community of (6,116 ) Greek students in (5) governing councils representing (59) organizations. This includes the following areas: risk reduction, leadership development, academic program support, accountability, community service and philanthropy programs, crisis management, documentation, and university policy interpretation.- Plan and implement large-scale events such as formal recruitment, council executive officer retreats, the Greek Leadership Retreat, and the Greek Awards ceremony. Coordinate Advisor Workshops multiple times a semester and maintain open communication with Advisors.- Oversee revisions and additions to the MGC Constitution, Bylaws, and Judicial Code.- Created the Invictus: Black Greek Conference, an outlet for students to connect with one another and to their true purpose: Brotherhood and Sisterhood; Scholarship; and Service. - Engage students in the process of dialogue, interaction, and perspective-taking which includes actively engaging inclusion-based programming, training, and dialogue specific to diversity and social justice.- Assist in the coordination and execution of the formal recruitment processes for OU’s  Panhellenic Association, Multicultural Greek Council, and Inter-fraternal Council, which includes budget management, faculty reservations, work orders, and communicating with university and national organization leadership on intake activities, procedures, and policies.
