Key Accountability includes:Establish Store Plans – Create overall division and store plan. Communicate and analyze sales and operational data to determine how the division is trending against the individual and overall plans. Finance Management & Reports - Manage and oversee division financial reports and related forecast modeling to help with business decisions and financial plans.Loss Prevention / Security / Shrink - Oversee operational metrics and financial reports and look for opportunities to reduce shrink and distress of products Oversee Division Departments - Oversee and partner closely with division Accounting, Financial Planning, Loss Prevention, Security, Shrink, Labor Standards, Risk Management, Facilities, Casualty Claims and Food Safety. Ensure that department goals and initiatives are met and provide strategic direction and guidance on any escalated issues or problems. Capital Expenditure Planning - Manage capital investments and expenditure plans for all stores across the division(s). Determine return on investment for large upgrades and their impact on sales, labor and cost savings initiatives. Expense Control / Other Revenue - Oversee expenses across the entire division(s) and in all departments. Continually looking at additional ways costs can be reduced.Internal Audit - Oversee Internal Audit results and work with the division(s) to minimize regulatory opportunities and continually improve results. Also serve as the contact point between the divisions and our external auditing group Deloitte and Touche.
